90 minute sessions

I offer 90 minute sessions for individuals, romantic partners, and groups/families. The nature of how we work together depends on the specifics of the situation; some people will engage in long-term work with me and others will do something more short-term and focused. For individual client work I am currently only seeing people who have an established spiritual/creative practice and are comfortable in ritual spaces. If you are wanting to learn how to do those things I recommend joining the patreon and/or the next run of our foundations course.

Each session is generally structured as follows: a brief check in, embodiment practice and prayer/container setting, reflection, and then continued oscillation between verbal processing and more embodied practice, ending with a short closing ritual. It is more potent to come to the session with a strong intention for what you would like to play with, but we can also work more open-ended. Regardless we dance directly with what is unfolding in your system in the moment, prioritizing subtle pleasure and curiosity. This is a space to both be held and to practice holding yourself.

There is opportunity to join a small group cohort (5-10 ish people) to deepen your personal practice. Skillfulness inside of group dynamics is deeply needed right now. Effective responses to the events unfolding in our time will always require collective coordination and collaboration. Group experience, when navigated well, is also how we get access to some of the most potent healing human technologies. The bigger body of the group has gravity to it, and helps us practice. The ecosystem grows more complex and more dynamic, which can both be more stimulating and beneficial for our learning. We are moving away from “healing” at only an individual level, and creating conditions for us to workshop and explore innovations in family/friend life, work, art, community organizing, etc. that make this world more inhabitable now and for generations to come.

• Donation is $75 per session. Some sliding scale spots can go down to $50, and donations above $75 welcome to help sponsor others and support the container.
